Site visits
Regular checks that the work follows the design. A deviation is cheaper to catch during the works than at handover.
Decisions during construction
Site always throws up what the drawings did not. We give a solution that keeps the design intact and the work moving.
Material checks
Checking that what arrives is what was specified. Substitutions are agreed, not discovered after installation.
Handover inspection
Support through handover and preparation of as-built documentation. The client receives a building, not a snag list.
