From an architecture bureau to a project platform
We did not extend the list of services. We extended the scale of responsibility.

Architecture
The foundation of the practice from day one until today. Everything else grew around architecture, not instead of it.
Integrated projects
Architecture, engineering and interiors are resolved by one team.
Territories
From the building to the district: master planning, regeneration, urban economics.
Development
Product concept, phasing, project economics.
International collaboration
Work beyond Uzbekistan, a second studio in Bali, the role of a local partner.
Today
Project Hub
The company assembles international and local expertise around the task and answers for the integrity of the project.
One centre of responsibility.A network of expertise around it
Architecture, design leadership and knowledge of the local context stay inside SAD. Around that core, the disciplines a particular project calls for are connected to it. The client talks to one team, not to ten contractors.

We grow architects the profession is glad to have
The firm was founded by a student and his teacher; both are owners today. The same exchange continues: experience is passed on inside projects rather than through a separate programme. For the firm this is a question of continuity — knowledge stays in the company as generations change.

Every project is a seed of a future environment.
The result of an architectural decision is not clear on the day of handover. It shows in five, ten, twenty years — when the district settles in, the land around it changes value, and the children who grew up here take the place for granted.
A house, a street, a square, an office, a school, a district, a park — most of the space around a person was once designed by someone. Architects, engineers and developers create not objects but the environment a life takes place in.

Architecture creates value
Architecture creates value
Form is a means. A project has to produce economic, urban and human value.
Complexity requires collaboration

We assemble a structure around the task rather than fitting the task to a payroll.
Global knowledge. Local intelligence.
Global knowledge. Local intelligence
International expertise works where it understands the place: codes, market, climate, conditions of delivery.
Think beyond completion
Think beyond completion
A decision taken today will live longer than the project it was taken in.
Expertise moves both ways
Two markets. One studio
Both offices carry projects from concept to site. Methodology, presentation standards and design supervision are shared; codes, climate, client type and market logic differ.
Who will run your project

01
A team from several disciplines works on the project
Architects, engineers and development specialists run the project together rather than handing it down the line.
02
Decisions are made by people with long experience in architecture and urban planning
Behind every discipline stands someone who has worked in it for decades.
03
Two different markets meet in one project
Tashkent and Bali work on projects together: regulations, climate and client type differ, methodology and standards are shared.
04
We know the market because we research it ourselves
The same team that designs also runs the analysis of cities and markets.
Awards & Recognition
The SAD team has won more than 100 awards, from residential and public buildings to interiors, including international competitions and the reviews of the International Association of Unions of Architects.
