Maria Sultanova, Director of SAD, spoke at the ARCHI.TALK conference on the trends shaping commercial real estate — sustainable development, hybrid spaces and new approaches to design. She gave particular attention to adaptive architecture, emerging formats for public space and the effect of technology on the commercial buildings of the future.

SAD's co-founder spoke at Bvlgari Yacht Club, Dubai, to representatives of the Indonesian government and business community, including members of the Forbes list. He set out working models for commercial real estate in Bali — sustainable development trends, investment strategies and new formats for business space — with particular attention to integrating local heritage into contemporary architecture and to what this emerging market opens up for international investors.
SAD co-founder at ARCHICA: a City of Revival on the Aral Sea
SAD's co-founder presented the concept of a city of the future — the City of Revival — at the ARCHICA conference. His talk set out ideas of sustainable development, ecological regeneration and innovative urbanism aimed at reviving the territory around the Aral Sea. The project brings together advanced technology, cultural heritage and new formats of urban environment, creating space for business, science and international cooperation.
