What it covers

Architectural drawings
Plans, sections and elevations in the form you build from. Every junction is resolved to dimension and material.
Details and junctions
The junctions that usually become the leaks and the rework. Drawn before construction, not improvised during it.
Specifications
A schedule of everything to be procured, with specification and quantity. The contractor prices from it and the client checks against it.
Interdisciplinary coordination
Architecture, structure and services are checked for clashes before work starts. That removes most of the downtime on site.
