Expertise/Design and Delivery
Architecture
A concept sells the idea; working drawings decide whether it gets built on time and on budget. We carry both stages in-house, so the massing that convinced the client in the first render survives to the site.

What it covers
Concept and massing
How the building sits on the site, where it faces, how it meets a person. Almost everything that cannot be changed later without redesigning is settled here.
Working drawings
A set you build from, not one you argue over on site. Architecture, structure and services are calculated together, so the disciplines agree with each other.
Clearing state review
The design is prepared for state review requirements from the outset. Comments are resolved before submission rather than turning into months of correspondence.
Author supervision
On site the project is run by the same team that drew it. Window proportions and junction details survive into the finished building instead of disappearing at the first material substitution.
Tell us about the project and we will carry it from concept to site
