A microdistrict on a 4 ha site with its own promenade, driveways, a shopping centre, a business centre, a medical clinic, a kindergarten and a private school. Residential and public buildings are designed in different styles — between Art Nouveau, neoclassicism and minimalism — yet brought into one concept. The size of the site allowed for spacious courtyards and comfortable distances between buildings.
